• Defective or damaged products will be replaced immediately with no shipping charge.
• Unused skincare products can be returned within 30 days for refund or store credit minus original & return shipping costs.
• Do to the nature of skincare products, we are currently unable to accept returns on used products. We do want you to be happy with your purchase, so if you are dissatisfied for any reason, please contact us so hopefully we can find a solution.
