SACRA PINE pinon infusion protective salve

Inspired by traditional native remedies, SACRA PINE is a multi purpose salve infused with pinon resin and therapeutic oils & extracts. Milk thistle seed oil, tamanu oil, cupuacu butter, & tucuma butter provide emoillency, conditioning, & revovery. Pinon resin protects skin like the damaged bark of the tree from which it weeps. This aromatic salve can be used on minor abrasions, healing tattoos, & anywhere else that is dry or lacking moisture.

Ingredients include:

Milk Thistle Seed Oil - Milk thistle is native to southern Europe, southern Russia, Asia, north Africa, North America, South America, & Australia. Silymarin is the main constituent in milk thistle that is isolated for therapeutic use. Silymarin is a flavanoid with beneficial antioxidant properties for skin.

Tamanu Oil: This dark green waxy oil is pressed from the seeds of the tamanu tree that is indigenous to Southeast Asia. Tamanu oil has the unique capacity to promote the formation of new skin tissue which in effect accelerates wound healing. It also has been shown to decrease scar tissue and redness from scars. It absorbs extremely quickly into skin and does not leave a greasy residue or nor clog pores.

Mango Butter / Mangifera Indica Seed Butter - Mango butter is a firm, but spreadable butter that is extracted from the fruit kernels of the mango tree. It melts upon contact with skin and absorbs quickly without leaving a greasy film. It is rich in C18 fatty acids and triglycerides and also contains some tocopherols. It softens skin, increases moisture retention, & promotes plasticity of skin.

Directions for Use: Apply a small amount to desired area of skin and massage it in. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.
